Frequently asked questions
Are there AI tokens or credits?
No. AI is unlimited on paid plans, with no meter running. On Free: a monthly AI quota is included (shown as a % gauge); on every plan, each agent email goes through your approval. You pay one price per seat; the only extras are recording beyond your workspace’s quota (paid plans, not during the trial: $1 / hour excl. VAT, billed per minute, only if the Owner turns it on, with a cap) and extra active workflows ($10 / month excl. VAT).
How does the 14-day Growth trial work?
As soon as you sign up, your organization gets the Growth trial: 14 days, no credit card, one trial per organization. We remind you 3 days and 1 day before it ends. Without an upgrade, your account automatically switches back to Free with no charge; data beyond the Free limits may become inaccessible.
Does the agent send emails without my approval?
No. On every plan, the agent drafts its emails and you approve them before they go out. It acts on its own across the rest of the CRM: it moves deals, creates tasks and, even on Free, builds your automations (1 active workflow on Free).
Who can see my emails and meetings?
Emails and meetings are private to each member by default, and purged 30 days after a member leaves the organisation. An Admin can change this policy, transparently for the team.
What about GDPR and data hosting?
Recording and transcription run in the region closest to your organisation’s country (EU for Europe, United States otherwise), and an Admin can change it. Some subprocessors process data outside the EU under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Meeting videos are kept for 30 days by default, and up to 6 months depending on your plan (adjustable by your organisation) and deleted on request. Transcripts are purged with the videos; summaries and tasks are kept.
What about consent for recording meetings?
Participants must be told the meeting is being recorded. Videos and transcripts are kept for 30 days by default (adjustable up to 6 months); the summary and tasks stay. Consent features built into the recorder: [to be confirmed].
Can I migrate from Attio, Twenty or HubSpot?
Your data export (a GDPR right) is included on every plan. For migration support, message us in the support chat.
Is self-serve signup available?
Yes. Signup is open and self-serve, from 1 to 19 seats: create your account online and your organisation gets 14 days of Growth, no credit card required. For 20 seats or more, reach us through the support chat.
What happens to my workflows and seats if I downgrade?
Active workflows and seats above the new plan’s limits are paused, never deleted. Upgrade again to reactivate them. Your data export (a GDPR right) is included on every plan.
How long is data kept?
Meeting videos and transcripts: 30 days by default, up to 6 months depending on your plan, adjustable by your organisation (summaries and tasks are kept). Prospect data: 3 years after the last contact. End-of-trial archives: 90 days.
